Job Description Job Description The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Summary: Supervises and coordinates all activities of the Prep department for designated shift(s). Ensuring the accurate, efficient and cost-effective processing of raw goods for Production utilization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the training, coaching and oversight of all Prep Department personnel and activities. Responsible for ensuring proper levels of staff are maintained within department, while adhering to departmental labor costs. Manage “real time” inventory and processing requirement levels of raw ingredients, including Thaw, Prep and Spice locations.
