POSITION SUMMARY You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from menu planning to evaluating success during and afterwards. An event sales coordinator must be well-organized and competent in daily restaurant operations. Communication skills and attention to detail. Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including menu selections, timelines, and floor plans, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Event Detailing and Coordination Collaborate with clients to finalize event details and provide seamless communication throughout the planning process. Work closely with the Operations Event Manager to ensure successful on-site execution of events. Follow up with client’s post-event to gather feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business. Operational Support Assist with unit-level operational tasks as needed, including coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure readiness for events. Support on-site event logistics occasionally, stepping in to assist with setup, execution, or troubleshooting. Maintain a strong understanding of restaurant operations to bridge the gap between sales and service teams effectively. Administrative Duties Track sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue goals, and report progress to the Event Director. Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding balances with clients. Ensure accurate and organized documentation of contracts, event details, and communications. Work with the Operations Event Manager to update and close out all events in Tripleseat. Position Summary The Director of Marketing Partnerships is responsible for being a senior leader of the Red Bull New York Sales team selling significant partnerships across the Red Bull New York ecosystem.
