Surface Preparation: Perform coating removal, crack/joint repair, patching, and precision edge work. Project Support: Collaborate with crew leaders to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site. Logistics: Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining company equipment, materials, and trailers. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable concrete polishing experience (Required). Travel: 100% availability for nationwide travel (Required). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and comfortably work 8–12 hour shifts. Environment: Comfortable working in active, dusty, and noisy industrial/commercial environments.
