Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a CERTIFIED HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team IMMEDIATELY! You will be responsible for completing work orders, HVAC, routine maintenance Responsibilities: Complete work/repair orders, and assigned maintenance requests with a sense of urgency Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance, monitor and maintain all building systems and equipment Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Maintain day-to-day operations of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager Diagnosing problems and making repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, appliances, and any related residential apartment requirements.
