At Prosper-Tech Machine & Tool , CNC Machinists play a key role in producing small-batch, high-precision components. The shop is expanding its team to support a strong pipeline of work in 2026 and beyond. The Work You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts Make tool offsets, load tools, and perform tool changes Run repeat and production jobs with increasing independence Follow work instructions and contribute to process improvements Perform in-process inspection using hand measuring tools Deburr, clean, and prepare parts as needed Work within ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards Communicate with machinists, quality, and leadership as needed As you grow in the role, you may take on setup, programming, and process ownership responsibilities.
