CNC Machinists are essential to maintaining precision, consistency, and craftsmanship across all production, ensuring our clients receive reliable, mission-critical products. The Work You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate DMG Mori 3-axis milling machines and other CNC equipment Program, load, and run CNC programs at the machine Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and surface plates Maintain tolerances to exact specifications throughout production runs Perform first-article and in-process inspections Troubleshoot issues and adjust feeds/speeds/offsets to maintain quality Collaborate closely with programmers, engineers, QC, and other machinists Machines, Controls & Software Machines: DMG Mori CNC 3-Axis Milling, Mill/Router setups Controls: Fanuc CAM Software: Any (Mastercam/Fusion/Misc.)
