I General Summary Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for the assessment of patients including the development, evaluation and modification of the plan of care. Job Posting: Seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver in the Mineral Point, WI area to offer supportive care for a young adult client. The ideal candidate will help promote the client’s independence while ensuring a safe and structured environment in their home and community. Pay: $16.32/hourly Opportunity to receive $500 bonus Schedule: Flexible schedule to be officially determined between member and provider. Up to three weekdays per week (depending on your availability): 8:00am-4:00pm Occasional Saturday nights (hours vary) Tasks: Care would be provided in client’s home -or out in the community.
