Organize, prioritize, and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and on time. Knowledge of Fair Housing and Housing Urban Development Regulations. Turnkey operations and assistance with making vacant units rent-ready on time are required. Houses and units must be submitted within 10 business days. Maintain hot water tanks or be able to replace them as needed. Perform minor electrical and plumbing. Securely climb ladders to inspect roofs and clean existing gutters. Maintain a preventive maintenance program for general maintenance and air conditioning units. Maintain weekly inventory control and the company maintenance shop. Ensure the physical condition and curb appeal of the communities are maintained. Work under the direction of the Asset Manager. On-call, after-hours maintenance, emergency, and every other weekend. (no lockouts and no after-dark calls) A candidate should own a set of hand tools and AC gauges. (required to have). Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
