Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs and case specifics. 7. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients about their legal rights, obligations, and strategies. 8. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently. 9. Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal developments. 10. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Experience in civil litigation. 3. Admission to the state bar of Georgia (GA) and good standing. 4. Exceptional legal research skills. 5. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 6. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents. 7. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and courts. 8. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9.
