Ecolab’s Garland facility is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to support and enhance our manufacturing operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our automated systems and electrical infrastructure. What You Will Do: Participate in the Design and Review of technical components of all project work and new projects. Design, implement, and maintain electrical control systems for production and utility equipment. Program PLCs (Rockwell Automation preferred), HMIs, and SCADA systems. Lead hands-on troubleshooting (95% Rockwell Automation I/O PLC and HMI) Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical and control system failures. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to support capital projects and process improvements. Adhere to Ecolab Garland Programming Standards and Etiquette. Ensure compliance with Ecolab’s safety standards and applicable regulations (OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E). Maintain accurate documentation including electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control logic. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades. Manage contractors and vendors for controls-related work and system integration. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley), HMI development, and industrial networking. Experience with HMI development, troubleshooting industrial networks. Solid track record of VFDs motor control. Experience troubleshooting instrumentation. Facility Maintenance Technician- Part-Time- 1st Shift

Position Summary: The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for promptly and safely performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, conveyors, wrap machine and systems. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems. Pay: $25.00/hour Schedule: 5:00am- 10:30am, Monday thru Friday Major Responsibilities: • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections with a high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs. • Participate in Safety Committee meetings, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees. • Conduct maintenance service through the use of the Maintenance Work Order system in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner • Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs in the areas of painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, dock door hardware, conveyors, wrap machine and all related building components. • Support operations department by providing suggestions and developing solutions as needed. • Be a point of contact during off shift hours for facilities issues. • Performs work in a wide variety of conditions, such as heat, cold, and moisture. • Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: • 2 years of facilities/general maintenance experience required. • High School Diploma required. • Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs on basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. • Ability to read and interpret manuals, documents, and drawings. • Self-starter who demonstrates professionalism and can work independently. • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. • Requires walking, standing, squatting, bending and kneeling with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. • Must have basic hand tools. • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
