Provides US BICES and US BICES-X training support to US and Partner Nation Users as required. Required Qualifications: Native/Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required (ILR Level 5 equivalent). Experience translating highly technical/complex documents and interpreting (consecutive and simultaneous) during professional events. 5 years of Intelligence Analysis experience required. Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required. Responsibilities : Collaborate with the MA21 Functional Manager to understand MA21's monthly release schedule and various development life cycles (monthly release cycle, expedited resolution, emergency fixes). Collaborate with the MA21 Functional Manager to understand M21 deliverables to support each development life cycle. Release scoping and coordinate priority changes and adjust release scoping. Collaborate with the MA21 Functional Manager MA21 technical staff to identify cross-system/cross-team release dependencies. Monitor results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and associated technical specifications. Develop proactive adjustments when established timelines are at risk. Communicate early and often to ensure MA21 and MassHealth Leadership are aware of any risk to established timelines. Create and distribute weekly executive release reporting. TCI has an immediate need for a Remote Epic Applications Specialist in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C. NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card). SUMMARY The Epic Applications Specialist develops, maintains, and supports clinical application systems while following established change control processes. This role provides system troubleshooting, analyzes business and clinical needs, and recommends solutions to management. The analyst serves as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, assists with implementation and training, and ensures technology aligns with organizational and industry requirements. Provides guidance to junior analysts and works independently on most phases of system analysis and programming. Work Arrangement: This position offers the flexibility to work from home.
