Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the firm. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation. Manage and organize client files and legal documents. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of professionalism. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role preferred.
