GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION A Welder/Fitter is required to safely prepare various alloys for fabrication processing, welding, and fitting. The Welder/Fitter is an individual contributor that requires little or no supervisory assistance and possess working knowledge of welding and fabrication technology and applications. Additionally, the Welder/Fitter will lead and engage RVII to achieve all assigned manufacturing goals: Safety (no one gets hurt), Quality (free of defect), On-Time Delivery (meet customer delivery dates), Budget (at or below estimated hours) and People (develop & retain “hungry, humble and smart” leaders). Reliable transportation to our Tucson shop each day and consistent, on‐time attendance. Preferred qualifications Prior experience in sign fabrication, metal fabrication, or a similar shop environment MIG/TIG welding experience with aluminum and steel.
