Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the event planning process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event aspects are well-coordinated. Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that may arise during events, demonstrating quick and effective problem-solving skills. Exercise excellent judgment in making onsite event decisions as needed and demonstrate effective escalation. Assist with workplace experiences and event coordination. Manage the success of various onsite events, including scheduling, liaising, and following up on tasks and duties. Qualifications: 5 years of relevant experience in events coordination and/or office management. Experience managing event organizers, service providers, and facilities vendors. Proven ability to work effectively with others, including coordinators, security teams, visitors, leadership team members, and Executive Assistants. Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities, shift between tasks, and remain calm and responsive in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to exercise good judgment and make the right calls as needed. Working knowledge of events/crowd safety and standards. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in events coordination and/or office management. 2 - 3 years of experience managing event organizers, service providers, and facilities vendors.
