Light on-call duties involving phone calls only. Patients typically of middle age with private insurance coverage. Support and ancillary services are readily available, including support staff such as receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing service, in-house billers, administrative and medical support staff. Additionally, the facility provides in-office diagnostic testing, electronic medical records via E-eClinicalWorks, a patient portal, and coordination with subspecialty physicians in the area. This practice has affiliations with nearby hospitals, including Emory Johns Creek & St. Joseph's hospitals, Northside hospitals in Duluth, Cumming, and Lawrenceville, as well as Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Requirements include board certification for experienced physicians or board eligibility for new graduates, with successful completion and passage of boards required before the start date.
