Employment Type: Part time Shift: Night Shift Description: Qualifications: Must have current, unencumbered R.N. license to practice in the State of Michigan; level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of college level training in nursing, BSN preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; analytical ability to assess and evaluate patients condition and utilize the nursing process; interpersonal skills necessary to almost constantly communicate with patients, families, medical personnel and other members of the health care team; ability to work cooperatively within the framework of the nursing team; ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and stressful critical situations; ability to operate a computer. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Michigan RN license . Prior experience in a specialty area preferred. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required . Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values. Continuing Employment Requirements Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.) Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
