Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality, and Testing—to support inventory accuracy and ensure timely availability of components required for manufacturing and service. Package finished goods securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Label all outgoing shipments accurately, including shipping addresses, barcodes, and required documentation. Prepare and stage orders for carrier pickup, ensuring all shipments are accurately packaged, labeled, and ready for timely dispatch via UPS, FedEx, or freight services. Verify that outgoing shipments match customer orders and meet established quality standards. Monitor packaging supply levels and notify management when inventory is low. Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders. Report any damaged or missing items and work with QA and procurement to resolve issues. Notify appropriate departments of received materials in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing and receiving area. Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle counts and audits, to ensure accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts—if certified) safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements. Update the parts shortage list after picks. Communicate with production and purchasing teams to resolve any shipping, receiving, or order-picking issues. Assist with processing bulk items when received.
