This role is ideal for a clinical professional who understands how to run a unit with structure, accountability, and operational clarity while supporting compassionate end of life care. The ICC provides short term symptom management and higher acuity support when care cannot be safely managed in other settings. This position works closely with senior clinical leadership to strengthen team performance, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure consistent, high quality patient care.
