Key Responsibilities Supervise Senior PRC, PRCs, and MAs across registration, scheduling, and call center operations Manage staffing, schedules, timekeeping, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and discipline Partner with the Senior PRC, Nurse Navigator (RN), Clinical Director, and DOO on daily workflow coordination Oversee provider schedules and templates to support patient access and clinic flow Address patient concerns, complaints, and service recovery needs professionally Coordinate facility needs, supply ordering, work orders, vendors, and environment-of-care readiness Ensure compliance with hospital standards, regulatory requirements, and customer service expectations Utilize EHRs, Microsoft Excel, and basic operational reporting to support clinic performance Stabilize and improve existing workflows through incremental, sustainable improvements Resolve day-to-day operational issues independently while appropriately escalating clinical, safety, compliance, or high-risk concerns Manage frequent interruptions and competing priorities with consistent follow-through Requirements/Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2–4 years of healthcare experience in ambulatory or clinic settings Supervisory experience with front-line staff Hands-on facility awareness , including repairs, vendor coordination, bids, or site-level operational needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling and verification systems, and EHRs Ability to work fully on-site in a highly visible clinic environment Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field Business, operations, customer service, or healthcare administration certificate Medical Assistant (MA) certification Familiarity with outpatient behavioral health and addiction services Experience with hiring, training, performance management, and corrective action Familiarity with front-end patient registration and revenue cycle processes Hospital/Program Description Compensation Information: Minimum: $67,995.20 Maximum: $82,274.19 Hospital/Program Description The Outpatient Behavioral Health program at MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a mature, high-performing service line with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and operational consistency. Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
