This is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day operations and an assigned staff. Title: Nurse Case Manager License: Active RN license from any state of the US is accepted Place of Work (City/State): Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM Start Date: March 2026 Duration: Options with 6 months contract and extendable Shift Hours: (Inpatient and outpatient): 8 hours, 10 hours or 12 hours of shifts Rotating of days, evenings, nights and weekends including Holidays. How many shifts needed per month: 20-22 Shifts a month Experience needed : A minimum of 3 years of Nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years in tour coordination Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS Special Skills needed: Coordinates callback for support departments, i.e. Facilities, Bio-Med, Laboratory, Radiology, Operating Room staff, Motor Vehicle Operators, and Medical Staff. Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 to 8 weeks of onboarding (background checks) Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care activities across departments to ensure smooth hospital operations during assigned shifts.
