Ensures TPN compounding and Repeater Pump equipment is tested and calibrated to ensure proper functionality. Participates in the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties of the pharmacy. Enforces company policy cleanroom protocol, testing, documentation, and remedial action. Records, when assigned, the daily temperatures of the refrigerator, walk-in refrigerator, incubator, and TPN room; and reports any deviations to the Operations Pharmacist or IV Lead Technician immediately. High school or GED graduation required. Certification by AAMA, AMT, NHA-CCMA, NCMA or ARMA required. BLS required Level I No experience required. Level II 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, Certified in a clinical setting.
