Date Posted: 10/20/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 490238 Industry: Government/Staffing Job Title: Asset Cloud System Product Specialist Job Location: Trenton, NJ, USA, 08601 Work Model: Onsite Shift: Regular hours Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 7 Min Hourly Rate ($): 35.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 42.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Asset Management, DATA MANAGEMENT, Inventory analysis, Inventory Management, Microsoft Excel, Reconciliation Experience Desired: Wasp Barcode Asset Cloud System (3 yrs); IT Asset Lifecycle Management (1 yrs); System Administration (Windows, Active Directory) (1 yrs); Data Integration & Migration (1 yrs) C2C is not available Job Description Only qualified Asset Cloud System Product Specialist candidates currently located in the Trenton; NJ area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite Presence Required Skills: • Asset/Inventory Tracking Systems (IT/Data Management) (3 Years) • Microsoft Excel (formulas, data Management, troubleshooting) (3 Years) • Data Entry, Extraction, & Reconciliation (3 Years) • Microsoft Forms (data collection/organization) (1 Year) • Cross-team Communication & Collaboration (3 Years) • Asset/Inventory Reconciliation (3 Years) Preferred Skills: • Wasp Barcode Asset Cloud System (3 Years) • Process Improvement & Documentation (1 Year) • Training & Support Delivery (1 Year) • Data Integration & Migration (1 Year) • Data Visualization & Reporting Tools (1 Year) • IT Asset Lifecycle Management (1 Year) • IT Helpdesk or Technical Support (1 Year) • System Administration (Windows, Active Directory) (1 Year) • IT Compliance and Audit Procedures (1 Year) Required Experience: • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working with inventory- or asset-tracking systems in an IT or data management consulting role is highly preferred • Hands-on experience with data entry, extraction, and reconciliation processes using cloud-based platforms; direct experience with Wasp Barcode’s Asset Cloud system is highly preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, importing/exporting, and spreadsheet troubleshooting • Proficiency with Microsoft Forms for collecting and organizing data from multiple stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, validation, and audit processes • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a focus on process improvement and documentation • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams • Experience reconciling inventory reports and managing multiple data sources • Proven ability to handle sensitive asset and personnel information confidentially and securely The Product Specialist position is responsible for accurate data entry, process improvement, and ongoing support of inventory management across multiple locations Job Duties: • Enter asset data into the Asset Cloud system, including complex “multi-quantity” entries that require multi-step procedures and validation • Mark and manage work from home (WFH) assets within the Asset Cloud system, ensuring all remote assets are accurately categorized and tracked • Develop and implement a new, simplified process for tracking WFH assets to improve efficiency, reporting, and auditing • Conduct scanning and auditing of assets in Asset Cloud, ensuring accuracy and full compliance during the annual fiscal year-end inventory process • Extract and upload asset, employee, vendor, and manufacturer information using Excel spreadsheets and tools, ensuring comprehensive data migration and integrity • Utilize Microsoft Forms to gather asset information from 500 municipalities and systematically integrate this data into the Asset Cloud system • Reconcile inventory reports by comparing system data with physical counts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reconciliation summaries • Maintain up-to-date records of assets, employees, vendors, and manufacturers within Asset Cloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Provide customer support and guidance to Central Office and 21 counties for all Asset Cloud system and asset tracking initiatives, including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing assistance • Collaborate with management and operational teams to gather required information and troubleshoot data inconsistencies • Document processes, recommend workflow improvements, and share best practices for future system use • Provide ongoing support and training to staff regarding Asset Cloud data entry and reporting procedures as needed Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
