Experience All newly hired nurses with two or less years of experience as a Registered Nurse will be hired in at a CN I status. A new hire can be considered for a higher clinical ladder level (level II and III only) based on years of relevant experience to the clinical area, national professional nursing certification, achievement of additional nursing education (B.S.N. and MSN). Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date. All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date. If nurse has the required certifications at time of hire, they must maintain the certifications and will not have a grace period to renew. Electrocardiogram Technician - Cardiology EKG

Description Summary: This position is responsible for performing noninvasive procedures which include stress testing, holter monitoring, event monitoring, standard, and complex electrocardiograms Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Performs EKG's utilizing the GE MAC 5500 machine. Performs electrocardiograms for inpatient and outpatient populations including all ages. Performs Holter monitor hook-ups. Schedules all patients for any and all procedures performed in the department that requires an appointment. Refers outpatients to centralized scheduling. Maintains all diagnostic equipment by assuring that they are properly functioning and cleaned after every patient. Notifies physicians daily for exam interpretation and files reports. Checks weekly for needed supplies. Description Summary: This position is responsible for the operation of provider practices usually consisting of 2-4 providers with 6-10 FTEs or at two different sites. The position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing subordinate personnel, preparing clinic(s) budget, ensuring data accuracy, preparing financial analyses, handling complex customer service issues and maintaining provider/staff communications. Responsibilities: Establishes/implements goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned administrative areas. Assists with developing and implementing annual operational plan and budget. Selects, trains, orients and supervises clinic personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations. Manages personnel for multiple practices, including training relief employees. Description Summary: With minimum supervision, the Multi-Modality Technologist will competently function in two (2) or more modalities within the Imaging Department.
