Duties and Responsibilities Prepare intravenous admixtures or other sterile products (including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition). Fill physician orders/prescriptions, medication carts, or stock requisitions. Fill daily restock request and appropriately document in the compounding software Assist with cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of compounding equipment Answer telephones and directs calls to appropriate personnel. General Description Perform a variety of routine and complex technical tasks in the performance of laboratory tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
