Primary Responsibilities: * Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects. * Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. * Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines. * Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favorable terms. * Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact. * Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms. * Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts. * Track and report key functional metrics. * Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts. * Maintains historical legal records.
