Job Details Are you an experienced and ambitious tax professional looking for an exciting new challenge? As a Tax Senior on our team, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, review, and planning, primarily medium sized businesses. Responsibilities: 1. Manage federal tax compliance for high net worth individuals, S Corps, and partnerships, ensuring all tax returns are completed accurately and on time. 2. Review complex tax returns and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum tax benefits. 3. Conduct thorough tax planning for clients to minimize their tax liabilities and ensure they are in compliance with tax laws. 4. Supervising the work of junior accountants, reviewing and analyzing financial data, and identifying and resolving discrepancies 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax role, with a focus on S Corp, partnership returns, and high net worth individuals. 3. Extensive knowledge of federal tax compliance and tax review processes. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and apply it to client situations. 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner. 6.
