WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at Woodland Hills , a 176-unit affordable housing community located in Torrington, CT . In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff at the property, perform maintenance functions, and ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives. The pay range for this role is $29.28-$35.13 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will alsoadhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM with rotational on-call duty required every other week.
