We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine with academics physician with an award winning hospital group. All of our opportunities are employed positions. The way we work hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. We negotiate a salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly. Then at the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as he/she would if he/she owned the practice. We do not charge a fee for running the practices.
