Responsibilities: \n \n Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care \n Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education \n Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes \n Qualifications: \n \n \n Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) \n \n Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care \n \n CPR and first aid certification required \n About: \n Compensation: $50-$55/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
