The Director HR, Total Rewards is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Celestica's compensation and benefits programs including base salary, incentive compensation and benefits with focus on Global Sales Compensation and Compensation lead for Europe region. This role ensures that sales compensation strategies align with Celestica's financial objectives, drive growth, and remain competitive. The Director acts as a key advisor to executive leadership on global sales incentive trends, performance metrics, and benchmarking to attract and retain top sales talent. Collaborates with Sales Leaders, Sales Operations and Finance to complete annual quota setting and communication of annual sales incentive plans to managers and participants. Leads the global Sales Incentive Committee meetings, managing governance and approvals of quarterly sales achievement, plan exceptions, incentive payments and plan design changes as needed. Responsible for ensuring all actions from the Sales Incentive Meetings are completed. Audits the payroll submissions and oversees results and payment communications with Sales Participants and Managers. Oversees Sales Incentive accruals and reporting. Lead annual Sales Compensation external benchmarking ensuring timely survey participation and results analysis, recommending updates to internal salary ranges and incentive targets as required to maintain competitiveness. Oversees the validation of year-end sales achievements, calculations and approval of final incentive payments for the Hybrid Incentive plan. Includes managing Sales inputs for the annual merit compensation planning process and ensuring accuracy of compensation statements for sales participants. Staff/Principal Software Engineer - Security Platform (Austin)

About The Role The Security Platform team is an infrastructure/developer tools group tasked with building and operating powerful, resilient, and secure infrastructure and systems that enable other engineering teams to deliver products to our customers efficiently and securely. We are responsible for secrets management, internal certificate authorities/PKI, machine and workload identity, and more. We are not a policy, audit, or compliance team, but rather an infrastructure engineering/software development one. Responsibilities You’ll build and operate secure and resilient distributed systems for secrets and key management, running across our network that spans more than 310 cities in over 120 countries. Our focus is strengthening/re-architecting internal PKI and machine/workload identity. You’ll run and support the systems we build, both in an operational sense and by helping other internal developers use them. You’ll consult on the design and architecture of new systems and products to ensure they are built securely and use our services correctly. This role may require flexibility to be on-call outside of standard working hours to address technical issues as needed.
