Job Duties Serves as a resource person to the Respiratory Care staff. Supervises staff through effective human resource management. Serves as resource to Medical Staff. Serves as the chart auditor for all quality review in department. Ensures appropriate administration of and security of medications used in Respiratory Care. Ensures maintenance of Blood Gas Analyzers and equipment. Provides care based on physical psycho/social educational, safety and related criteria appropriate to the age of patients in assigned area.
