We are seeking a Permanent Human Resources Generalist to support our 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role will be instrumental in providing full-cycle human resources support to our team, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about people, has a knack for problem-solving, and has a proven track record in Human Resources. Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Generalist, your main duties will include: 1. Overseeing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in selection decisions. 2. Providing guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies and procedures. 3. Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 4. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. 5. Conducting performance management and providing feedback. 6. Coordinating and implementing training and development programs. 7. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 8. Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 9. Using HR metrics to support decision-making. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. 3. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4. Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred. 5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 8. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. 9.
