Job Title: Injection Molding Process Engineer II Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: 24 months Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Description: The Injection Molding Process Engineer II is responsible for leading process development, optimization, and continuous improvement activities within our injection molding operations. This role supports our vision of becoming a center of excellence for medical‑grade molding by applying scientific molding principles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high‑quality, data‑driven manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead injection molding process development, optimization, and documentation activities to support production efficiency and product quality. Apply scientific molding techniques to achieve consistent part quality, reduce defects, and optimize cycle times. Conduct molding validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) in accordance with medical device regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Troubleshoot molding issues using structured problem‑solving tools, including root‑cause analysis and FMEA. Maintain accurate and detailed process documentation to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and compliance. Collaborate closely with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Production teams to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives using SPC, DOE, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Review and interpret AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings to support tooling, process setup, and engineering changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field. 4–6 years of experience in plastic injection molding, preferably within the medical device industry. Completion of a Scientific Molding course (e.g., RJG Fundamentals of Systematic Molding) preferred. Strong understanding of medical‑grade polymers, molding equipment, and process control methodologies. Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. Proficiency in data‑driven process monitoring and analysis. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Warehouse Packer/Print Packer

Warehouse Packer/Print Packer Inspects product for conformity to specification. Packs inspected/approved product for shipment, storage, or delivery. Maintain neat and orderly workstations by staying within the designated areas and conducting necessary cleanup tasks while always keeping area clean and audit ready. Notify operating personnel of down machines as well as any defects as they occur including defects that may have occurred in mold. Follow all NSF guidelines by wearing proper PPE and while working with a safety 1st attitude. Responsibilities: Visually inspects product to assure conformity of color, quality, quantity, and absence of defects. Assure cups always match the "Run-to-sample" as signed off by the supervisor. Package product into appropriate containers, seal the containers, select and apply proper labels, and place boxes onto pallets. Clean rollers, plates and ink fountains with proper chemicals as instructed by operator. Dispose all wipes/rags into the designated bins. Removal of all trash during the shift. Be a team player that doesn’t mind helping others. Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, food safety requirements, safety standards and government laws. SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Essential Functions Operational Functions: Responsible for supervising personnel on assigned shift(s) and completion of all security tasks Responsible for performing routine checks of all on duty security personnel to ensure compliance with Post Orders and operating procedures, Client rules and regulations, and company policies Inspect, observe, and evaluate security officer’s work activities to monitor and assess individual’s quality of work and overall performance. Conduct required assessments and tests Check all security posts and equipment assigned to security posts to ensure safety, cleanliness, and full working order. Ability and willingness to exercise supervisory capacity on behalf of General/Site/Project Manager with knowledge and capacity to explain and enforce CAS and Aviation Department rules and regulations. Advocate for CAS’s customer-focused security and Client service initiatives. May require standing, sitting, walking for various, possibly extended periods of time.
