Job Opening: Epileptologist , University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center The Epilepsy Center of the Neurological Institute at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center is seeking a full-time Epileptologist to join our world-class clinical and academic team. As a Tier 4 Epilepsy Center (National Association of Epilepsy Centers), we are recognized for excellence in epilepsy care, particularly in epilepsy surgery , seizure semiology , and epilepsy informatics . Key Responsibilities: Support develop and expand the clinical, educational, and research programs of the Epilepsy Center. Participate in the training and mentorship of neurology residents and epilepsy fellows . Participating as instructor/speaker during the International Epilepsy Course. Collaborate with faculty from CWRU in research and academic initiatives . Engage in patient care, including epilepsy surgery and neurophysiology procedures. Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology . Completion of an Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship (with at least one year of fellowship training in an Epilepsy Center). Experience in epilepsy surgery and neurophysiology is highly desirable; intraoperative monitoring experience is a plus. Applicants at the Assistant Professor level is preferred. UK King's Daughters is a 455-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Kentucky. We are part of the University of Kentucky Health system. We own 40 primary care clinics in outlying areas of Kentucky and Ohio which refer patients from a catchment area of about 750,000 people to our main campus for testing and treatment. In 2025, we completed a $150 million construction project, which gave us a new main entrance, a brand-new ER, and an all-new Imaging Department. Our Emergency Department sees more than 80,000 patients per year. We offer nearly all medical specialties at our facility, except pediatric subspecialties and transplant surgery. We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a board eligible/certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a Hand Surgery fellowship who will join our orthopedic surgery group and share call with six other orthopedic surgeons in our hospital-employed practice.
