Job Description: About the Role: The Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime, weekends, or varied schedules as needed. Previous experience working in the food industry is highly desirable. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the third shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Overtime may be available, depending on the needs of the business. The anticipated starting wage rate for this position is $26.55 - $31.55. This role includes a required 90-day training period on first or second shift.
