This role includes acting as a company representative at trade shows, resolving customer and operational issues, and supporting executive leadership in meeting revenue goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and analyze sales and operational records to forecast performance and uncover new market opportunities Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Resolve customer complaints and support internal sales team needs Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and quotas Prepare and manage the sales budget Represent the company at industry events and in the community Demonstrate alignment with core values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, Knowledge, and Teamwork Execute additional assignments as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Proven sales leadership experience in multifamily housing or related sectors Minimum of 3 years in a sales role Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Interested in hearing more?
