Pediatric coverage for Duke Lifepoint Physician Services at Rutherford Children's Care.Schedule: 3- 5 days per week in the facility. Patient schedule begins at 8:30A, with last patient seen at 4:45P. Call schedule requirements include 1 full weekend per month beginning Friday at 7A until Monday 7A. Up to 10 days of call coverage per month which includes weekend call. Job Duties: Service pediatric patients in office setting from infant to 19 years of age. Call coverage to include weekly and weekend coverage from 7A-7A. Facility Profile: Rutherford Children's Care currently has 9 exam rooms with three full time providers that see patients Mon-Fri. We also have a PRN neonatal APP that assist with 1-2 days of call coverage per month. Provider's schedules are currently built to see 25-30 pts per day with 15 minutes simple sick, established pts, med follow-up type of appointments and 30 min appointments for WCV, New patients, ADHD, sports physicals and DSS evaluations. We offer commercial and state vaccines. RRHS BirthPlace currently delivers an average of 15-25 births per month. RRHS BirthPlace offers 10 postpartum rooms and can service up to 12 infants in the nursery. Mission Hospital in Asheville, Levine's Children's Hospital in Charlotte NC and Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in SC currently assist with any NICU transport needs.
