Position Overview Seeking one or two Veterinarians for a dynamic small animal setting; strong surgical interest welcomed, and a medicine/diagnostics focused track is equally supported. Mentorship available in a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals. Perform and/or assist in daily surgeries (examples below) with mentorship as desired. Conduct diagnostics using digital imaging and in house lab platforms; coordinate external lab work when indicated. Collaborate with pharmacy team on on site compounding and medication management. Educate clients, document thoroughly, and contribute to an efficient walk in workflow. Compensation Base salary: negotiable and commensurate with experience and productivity; target range $140,000 $200,000 .
