Description: Job Summary: Creates a comfortable, safe, and supportive atmosphere for the residents in student housing, as well as to help them interact well with their dorm mates and adjust to campus life overall. Conducts dormitory operations in accordance with Center operating policy and procedures and in accordance with CSD Operating Procedures. Duties/Responsibilities: Provides daily supervision or assistance in monitoring students in personal hygiene, room/chore assignments, special recreation activities, cafeteria monitoring, transportation, and programmed activities. Provides informal counseling related to stress management, personal problems, emergency, or home situations, etc., with students, and provides insight into responsible behavior and attitudes. Documents student’s records according to requirements of PRH; accesses and inputs all relevant student data, including but not limited to attendance, performance, progress, discipline, etc. into the CIS. Prepares reports and forms and annotates logs to ensure accurate documentation of daily observations of student’s progress, performance, behavior and attitudes, staff breaks, emergency information, communication information, references to critical information contained in folders. Conduct evening/overnight bed checks as required (if applicable). Maintains bulletin boards in assigned dormitory with updated student and Center information. Serves as a channel of communication between management staff and students. Facilitates groups in life skills including budgeting, renter’s rights, completing a lease, completing chores, etc. Facilitates small group discussions in life skills, peer mediation, conflict resolution, etc. Participates in ESPs for students in assigned dormitory. Assesses the need for confidentiality balanced with the need to report situations on behalf of students to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff. Contacts family members for consent for pass system as warranted. Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance to students in the event of injury, illness, emotional trauma, etc. Provides CPR/First Aid as warranted. Meets individually a minimum of once each month with students on assigned dorm, documenting the meeting. Performs and documents daily checks of dorm and outside perimeter to ensure safety and security. Facilitates weekly dorm meetings which include accountability checks. Conducts Student Wake up procedures and ensures the MAC is signed (Morning Accountability) Ensures all equipment and facilities are clean and maintained in accordance with Center, CSD and DOL standards. Creates a warm/welcoming atmosphere for students, including encouragement to personalize the living environment. Ensures student rooms and bulletin boards are maintained per Center, CSD and DOL standards without references to profanity, gang affiliation, drugs, alcohol, or inappropriate graffiti or sexually provocative or inappropriate material. Ensures assigned dormitory and its outdoor area are maintained in good repair, cleanliness, and order. Ensures use of federal equipment (faxes, computers, etc.) is within guidelines establish per DOL CSD and the Center Attends all training sessions and staff meetings as scheduled. Is CPR and First Aid Certifiable. Performs other duties as assigned. Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Portfolio Manager II

Location: On site in Orlando, FL SUMMARY The Portfolio Manager assists in the assessment of risk and management of the Bank's loan portfolio by providing analytical and credit oversight and is responsible for the annual review, renewal, loan covenant compliance reviews and financial collection process within assigned loan portfolio. Partners with Relationship Managers to grow and develop a high quality and profitable loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities Include: Evaluates pertinent information to determine risk rating and whether a prospect and/or existing credit is an acceptable risk; identifies credit risk trends at the customer and portfolio level; notifies manager of risk changes. Partners with Relationship Managers to: Meet with current and prospective clients to understand the specific customer requirements and needs. Collect appropriate financial data and information to ensure an accurate risk assessment and thorough underwriting. Answer client questions; ensure all data is accurate for loan underwriting. Analyses global cash flow for commercial and individual prospects, borrowers and guarantors to identify financial condition, profitability, repayment ability, operating trends, financial support of credit and other various financial indicators. Prepares all required financial spreads, Credit Presentation Sheets, Narrative, Relationship Summary, and Loan Pricing Model and prepares packages for approval on all new and existing credits. Assist in the pricing and structure of new loans and renewals. Coordinates closing and booking events. Monitors industry trends and analyze specific industry trend data to identify potential areas of risk. Ensures a 120 day renewal letter is sent to the customer identifying the key financial information needed in advance to process the renewal request; completes loan covenant compliance and annual loan reviews and review findings. Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). Mortgage Secondary Market Trader

Summary : Key member of the Mortgage Secondary Marketing team within First Horizon Bank and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the hedging of the mortgage secondary pipeline. Location: Onsite as listed in the job posting. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:15pm SUMMARY Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment. Introduce bank products and services through outreach to prospects and provide tailored recommendations to existing clients to deepen relationships. Perform related duties i.e. outbound sales calls as required to achieve banking center goals (meet/exceed sales goals/referral goals) and provide support to banking center management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and service Provide both teller and platform support as needed to keep client wait times to a minimum and to provide quality customer service. Teller support includes performing daily processing of financial transactions, i.e. deposits, handling currency, coin, and cashing checks. Platform support includes opening checking accounts, savings accounts, and provide all other deposit product services. Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs. Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts. Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships. Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects, including participating in client/prospect calling activities during special deposit/loan campaigns. Assist client with loan application for personal/retail consumer needs and "handing off" the processing of these applications to the appropriate associate. Client experience Research and resolve problems and respond to client inquiries on account status. Deliver excellent client experiences consistently and promptly resolve client issues effectively. Summary: Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence based - practice for the patient in their homes.
