JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. They will perform corrective and preventive maintenance procedures on all necessary equipment. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Windows OS and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, LINUX Administration, Windows Domain Administration, Nutanix AHV and PRISM, Citrix VM Deployment, Network Switch Administration, Citrix License Administration, NVIDIA vGPU License Administration, Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Troubleshooting, DoD SCAP Benchmarks Scans, and Net Backup Administration. Temporary Customer Success Representative Position Summary: The Customer Success Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. This role is focused on fostering strong relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic team environment and demonstrates a high level of adaptability and strategic thinking.
