Participate in the preparation, revision, and administration of ENG Form 6293 and required safety submittals. Site Inspections & Compliance Conduct and document daily safety and occupational health inspections of work areas, equipment, and operations. Establish and maintain a Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Deficiency Tracking System to monitor and resolve safety deficiencies. Verify subcontractor compliance with project safety requirements, including APPs and AHAs. Training & Workforce Safety Conduct site-specific safety orientations, job hazard briefings, and task-specific training . Verify that all personnel and subcontractors possess required safety certifications, training, and medical qualifications prior to performing work. Incident Investigation & Reporting Lead and document accident, incident, and near-miss investigations in accordance with EM 385-1-1 and FAR 52.236-13. Ensure immediate notification to Government representatives for reportable incidents. Maintain accurate records of injuries, illnesses, property damage, and corrective actions. Government Coordination Interface directly with NAVFAC representatives, including ROICC and Government safety personnel. Provide documentation and reporting required under contract safety provisions. Support safety reviews, audits, and compliance inspections.
