Your Responsibilities: Offer strategic legal advice to senior leadership on a variety of corporate matters, including complex transactions, credit agreement compliance, partnership issues, entity management and employee incentive grants. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate and transactional documents, including NDAs, term sheets, acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, and other ancillary contracts.
