All freight is preloaded by the customer. This fleet includes a driver-unload assist program. Drivers will use a hand pallet jack to move pallets from the back of the trailer to the tail for the store. Product will be offloaded by the store personnel with forklifts. Drivers are responsible for making sure the correct pallets are taken off at the correct store.
