What You Will Be Doing Own the embedded firmware roadmap and architecture across bootloader, BSP, HAL/LL, drivers, RTOS tasks, synchronization, and safety states. Lead and mentor embedded engineers across code reviews, design reviews, planning, and hiring for scaling execution.
