Key Responsibilities\n In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be tasked with conducting both individual and couples therapy, facilitating sessions that focus on improving family dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving conflicts. Specific responsibilities include: \n \n Creating individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals. \n Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcoholism, grief and loss, job-related stressors, and conflicts among family members. \n Managing case files and documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure seamless continuity of care. \n Providing support and guidance to clients navigating major life transitions, such as divorce, remarriage, and adjustment to blended family dynamics. \n Facilitating the development of effective coping mechanisms and communication strategies among family members. \n Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will focus on a diverse client population, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will encounter various familial challenges, including, but not limited to, relationship conflicts, psychological trauma, and adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce. Your expertise will be critical in helping families navigate complex emotional landscapes and achieve improved mental wellness. Qualifications\n The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: \n \n Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced therapists to apply, we prefer candidates with: \n \n Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in family therapy. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapeutic engagement. \n A background in working with a variety of mental health issues affecting relationships and family dynamics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, and emotional support. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and the valuable work you will contribute to our team.
