Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from an array of applicable therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that interventions are personalized to meet client goals. \n Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing skills to stabilize and guide them toward appropriate resources. \n Maintain precise and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in strict accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to facilitate integrated care for clients. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for clients' needs and rights in an empathetic manner. \n Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy through workshops, training, and relevant certifications. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will engage with a diverse population, working with individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
