Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate compliance. 10. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. 11. Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close process, including revenue recognition, expense review, variance analysis, and account reconciliations. 12. Oversee and manage all general ledger activity. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field. 4. Proven experience as a senior accountant with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 5.
