May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers. Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities. Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance. We need skilled machinists who can independently set up and run CNC lathes, write and edit CNC programs at the machine control, manage tooling, workholding, and offsets, inspect their own work, and recognize and correct machining problems. We are looking for experienced CNC machinists . Demonstrated machining ability, judgment, and problem-solving skills matter more to us than a specific number of years in the trade. CNC Lathe Machinist Job Responsibilities: Set up and run Doosan and DN Solutions CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. Write, edit, and adjust CNC programs at the machine control as needed. Set work offsets and adjust tool and wear offsets as needed to maintain part dimensions and tolerances. Install tooling and set up workholding, including cutting jaws as needed. Verify first-run parts meet drawing requirements. Inspect cutting tools and inserts and replace or adjust them as needed. Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications, commonly around .001" and occasionally as close as .0005". Measure parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauge pins, bore gauges, and other appropriate measuring tools. Adjust machine speeds and feeds as needed for the work being performed. Upload and download CNC programs to and from the program server. Make program changes as needed for drawing revisions or job requirements. Identify problems and make appropriate corrections as needed. Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. Ability to read and interpret part drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauge pins, bore gauges, and other appropriate measuring tools. Working knowledge of practical machining math. Preferred Experience Doosan and DN Solutions CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. High-mix, low-volume or job-shop machining. GD&T knowledge and experience.
