Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct compassionate individual counseling sessions utilizing video chat technology to ensure an engaging and supportive environment for clients. \n Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. \n Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, enabling them to work towards positive change. \n Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, offering guidance and support as they develop healthy coping mechanisms. \n Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and methodologies to integrate evidence-based approaches into your sessions. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational difficulties. Our goal is to assist individuals in developing skills and resources to enhance their overall quality of life through effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n A fully active license to practice independently without supervision, such as a:\n \n Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) \n Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n \n A clean record with no limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature. \n Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate our user-friendly therapist platform effortlessly. \n Preferred Experience\n While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy and experience using digital platforms for client engagement, as well as familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches. Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and experience.
