Job Description Primary Care Physician – Mooresville, North Carolina Compensation: Starting Salary $225,000 , increasing to $285,000 with a full panel, plus annual raises Schedule: Monday–Friday, Outpatient Only, Minimal Call A physician-led concierge primary care group is expanding into Mooeesville, NC area and is seeking two new Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join the practice in early to mid-2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-driven physician who values time with patients, continuity of care, and a highly supportive clinical environment. Position Overview Physicians in this model provide comprehensive, prevention-focused primary care with 8–10 patients per day , allowing for unrushed visits and long-term patient relationships. Appointments are structured at 30/60/90 minutes , and each panel is capped at 450 patients to preserve quality and accessibility. You’ll have a dedicated nurse , your own private office, two exam rooms, full administrative and clinical support, and no supervision of physician extenders. Call is minimal— one weeknight per quarter and shared weekend call , with no call while on vacation.
