The Director will generate revenue for our Heart Walk fundraising campaign, which includes our signature First Coast Heart Walk event. You will join a team of three overseeing this campaign. This position is hybrid with a strong in‑person presence. We have a fast‑paced, sales‑type environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive of up to 25% of your base pay, based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers. Develop and present proposals and accompanying materials to secure revenue and volunteer engagement.
